01. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before processing initiates. Once the gear hits the assembly line or transit, the mission is live and cannot be aborted.
Refund Timeline
Prepaid orders are credited back within 15 days or the next billing cycle.
- Limitations on quantity allocation.
- System inaccuracies in pricing or inventory.
- Security flags during fraud prevention audits.
NOTE: PARTIAL COD PREPAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UPON CANCELLATION.
02. Return Protocol
Initiate Request
Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery via info@flexion.com.
Quality Audit
Allow 48 hours for review. Returns are validated against damage/defect claims.
Pickup & Refund
Courier pickup scheduled. Refund processed post-collection within 24-48 business hours.

Non-Returnable
- ✕ Opened, used, or altered merchandise
- ✕ Missing tags, labels, or serial numbers
- ✕ Personal hygiene & makeup categories
04. Replacements
Replacement units are dispatched subject to inventory availability. If a specific variant is out of stock, a full refund will be triggered automatically.
